ELIGIBILITY AND VALIDATION

  • Competitors must be 12 years or older in order to participate from the tournament starting date.
  • Challengers must be 7 years or older in order to participate from the challenge starting date.
  • Any participant under the age of 18 will require parental consent which may be requested by the organizer at any time.
  • Any account that has been previously banned from any game listed in our tournament/event for any misconduct will not be permitted to join and will result in immediate disqualification.

* The organizer reserves the right to request documentation proof in the form of a valid civil ID or its equivalent from players. The request will be done by email or phone. Failure to submit the requested documents will result in the player being automatically disqualified.

* The tournament rules may be subject to change at short notice on the spot.

*These may be subject to change at any time before the tournaments/challenges. Please refer to the tournament/challenge guidelines, rules, and conditions before the match time.
 

COMPETITION GUIDELINES

  • Any rule being broken may lead to disciplinary action. This action will be at the discretion of the organizer and the situation will be taken into account. Punishment may include, but not be limited to, forfeits, replays, penalty points, kicks, temporary and permanent bans.
  • All participants in any competition will be required to uphold the highest standards and observe common sportsmanship. Racism will NOT be tolerated. If you are seen to be racist in any capacity, then you will have action taken against you. Being abusive in any way towards fellow players or admins will also result in disciplinary action.
  • The event organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant for violation of the terms and conditions or disruptive behavior.
  • Any form of cheating, glitching, abusing in-game mechanics, or unsportsmanlike behavior may result in a forfeit of a Match Ban, or Ban from Events. Punishable unsportsmanlike behavior includes but is not limited to, excessive use of foul or degrading language. In addition, breaking any rule may result in a forfeit of a Game, forfeit of a Match, Verbal Warning or Ban from Events.
  • All players MUST be contactable via email and phone number.
  • No warm-up or practice games are permitted once the bracket is made live. Players must play at their designated time slots. Playing at a different time slot is not permitted unless approved by the organizer in writing.
  • All prizes will be issued in the form of voucher cards, redeemable exclusively at Pixoul, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Prizes will be distributed to winners at the end of the day.

EVIDENCE - INCLUDING SCREENSHOTS, AND RECORDED VIDEO

  • At the end of each match, players must present their in-game screen showing the final score to the gaming admins for verification.
  • Failure to produce sufficient evidence of rule breaking will result in the opponent being put through to the next round.

In the case of a dispute or any issues, the organizer has the final say on all matters pertaining to the matter.
 

HOST

  • If you are unable to start your match or are facing any technical issues with your setup or opponent, you must immediately inform one of the tournament admins at the venue. Failure to do so may result in disqualification for both players if no solution is reached within 60 minutes.
  • When having problems with connection, we advise both players to contact an admin.
  • If you or your opponent lags out during the match; the match must be re-started, however, the score and time at the point when the player disconnected shall still stand and will be taken into consideration once match is over.

REPORTING

  • Both players must report the Match results within 10 minutes of its completion.
  • To report match results, players must accurately show the final score on their screen to the gaming admin. Scores should be reported clearly, such as 3-0 or 3-1.
  • If both players report different results after the match, a tournament admin at the venue will be notified and will step in to resolve the dispute. The final result will be confirmed and adjusted only after the admin has reviewed the situation and made a decision.
  • Players who intentionally report incorrect results will face disciplinary action from the organizer.
  • If a match is not played and neither player informs an admin of a no-show or issue, both players will be disqualified once the round has ended.

GENERAL RULES

  • Competitors will need to add each other as friends in the game.
  • A player has 20 minutes from when they have an opponent to start the match, failure to do so will result in a forfeit.
  • It is the player's responsibility to check Gamertags / PSN ID before the fixture is played to make sure that all players are eligible to play.
  • In case of a dispute, players must file a complaint to the organizer before the match is complete.

These may be subject to change at any time prior to the tournament. Please refer to the tournament guidelines, rules and conditions in the game card prior to the game time.
 

RECORDING AND VIDEO RIGHTS

  • Pixoul Gaming and its Partners hold all rights to use all streamed/recorded footage during and after the event.
  • The tournament rules may be subject to change at short notice or on the spot.
  • Every participant acknowledges the right for the administration to modify the rules and regulations for adjustments at any time without notice and if necessary, overrule those to ensure fair play and integrity throughout the tournament.
     

ORGANIZER’S AUTHORITY

  • The event organizer have the final say on all matters pertaining to the event.
  • Any disputes or issues will be resolved by the organizer, and their decisions are considered final.
